Time for another update!

Yes, nearly 3 months has gone by, and loads of things done in SL but none noted here! Such is the transient nature of self-imposed commitments....

The major things to note: firstly, and for the first time ever, we actually had almost a week of 100% occupancy! Unheard of! Undreamt of! Unparalleled! I think this is a wonderful thing given that the most landlords can really expect is around the 50-60% mark. Of course, after a few days a couple of tenants then moved on, but such is SLife........

An April update: We are shortly to increase in size to 12 islands - the new additions are all of the new Openspace type. Fatima is maintaining a waiting list for those who desire one, but given the increased tier at risk through unplanned vacancies, we have decided that all subsequent additions will be by leasehold only

Amazingly we continue at near 100% occupancy! Another rental was let today (almost the best plot on the whole state in my humble opinion) and we have a waiting list for one of the more interesting builds!

Fatima's Art

is now up and running! This sim was bought from another resident, saving us the dreaded VAT on the purchase. Fatima had pre-built a store for her furniture, so that went up pretty well; and over the last few days she's been busy transferring all her merchandise from the existing stores and the garden centre to the new location.

One funny thing - the sim was previously used as some sort of sex club, so we have a continual stream of visitors tp-ing in from their landmarks, looking for their favourite kink and acting rather bemused to see this fabulous store and grounds all laid out to buy..... although some have immediately assumed that Fatima must be on hand to provide a suitable alternative! LOL
